Paola Gladys is a Brooklyn based Singer, Self-Producer, Visual Artist and Actress born in Puglia, Southern Italy. She collaborated with Justin Brown, Marcus Strickland, Alex Han, Reuben Cainer (Bilal) and QWALE aka Pasquale Strizzi (Marcus Miller) to name a few.

 

Her music creates a dense texture of Soul, Progressive R&B and Electronic Music. Groovy patterns, soulful vocals, spicy synths and jazzy harmonies coexist in the same dish.

 

In 2019, Berklee Alumni Paola Gladys released her debut single Not a Waste, followed by Blackroom (2020) a modern-sounding and forward-thinking track, a completely self-produced EP Estrogen and the single Pure. First release of 2021 is a self-produced single titled Floating, a track that reflects the current social condition of the world.

 

Once she experienced multiples live performances at many festivals in Europe, in 2016 she wins a scholarship for the prestigious Berklee College of Music of Boston, where she attends classes of George Garzone, Jacques Schwarz-Bart (D’Angelo) and Tia Fuller (Beyoncé). 

 

In 2018 Paola Gladys moves to New York, where she performs her own original music with a live band in famous clubs like The Groove and she begins collaborations with some of the greatest contemporary musicians of the New York music scene. She is part of the HighBreedMusic team, one of the most active and esteemed recording studio and organization in NY. Remarkable are also the participations to art exhibitions such as One Art Space - Tribeca, The Slap Collective and Chelsea NY Fashion Week 2019-20.
